Lee's Summit Expands Metroflex Bus Route #252

The City of Lee’s Summit expands the Kansas City Area Transportation Authority (KCATA) MetroFlex Route #252 in Lee’s Summit. Effective in January, the expanded boundaries include newly developed amenities, such as the Summit Fair shopping center, Summit Technology Campus and Lee’s Summit Medical Center. The City has maintained an agreement with KCATA for nearly ten years to provide bus service for Lee’s MetroFlex Rider Tips * Be ready at least five minutes before your scheduled pickup time. * 24 hours advance notice for reservations * Call 346-0346 for a reservation!
Summit residents. MetroFlex is a personalized Metro van service that picks riders up closer to home than traditional bus service. The Lee's Summit MetroFlex #252 is offered Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. for only $1.50. Call the KCATA at 346-0346 to request service; 24 hours advance notice is required.
The City also contracts with the KCATA for commuter route #152 weekdays from the Commuter Parking lot at 350 Highway & Chipman Road to downtown Kansas City. For more information on Lee’s Summit routes, visit www.kcata.org.
