Lee’s Summit Chamber hires new Director of Communications

By Nancy K. Bruns, President The Lee’s Summit Chamber of Commerce is pleased to announce the hiring of the new Director of Communications.Gina Seibel brings an impressive background of public relations and graphic design to the position.She will begin work on March 1.
Seibel’s recent position was a Public Affairs Specialist for Mid America Regional Council (MARC). In that position, her responsibilities included all graphic design, writing and Web site updates for MARC’s Public Safety Department, Government Training Institute and International Affairs Department. Prior to that position, Seibel served as Assistant Director of Downtown Lee’s Summit Main Street.
Seibel has a Bachelor of Science in Broadcasting with a Minor in Public Relations from Northwest Missouri State University in Maryville.
