Kelly B. Hill Officially identified as the deceased victim in Thursday's fire at 713 SE Douglas Street

Friday, September 3rd the LSPD officially identified the deceased victim in Thursday's fire at 713 SE Douglas Street as 33-year old Kelly B. Hill. An autopsy was performed this morning, but the cause of death is not yet available. The fire was determined to be accidental, but the cause is still to be determined.
