East Marshall, Mayview, MO at 4:30 AM on 09/01/2010.
Missing Is: Lucian Jenkins a white, male, age 1
Possible suspects or associates are believed to be: David A. Jenkins, a white, male, age 22, height 5 feet, 6 inches, 150 lbs, dark brown hair, hazel eyes,
wearing a black t-shirt with "Suicide Silence" on it and black pin striped dress pants.
The endangered missing person: Lucian Jenkins, is a white, male, age 1, height 2 feet, 36 lbs, dark brown hair, hazel eyes, wearing a Batman tank top and a diaper.
Brief circumstances regarding the Endangered Missing Person incident David Jenkins assaulted the mother of Lucian Jenkins at 210 East Marshallin Mayview, MOat 4:30 AM this morning. David Jenkins took the child from the home and left in an unknown vehicle. David Jenkins was intoxicated and
has made threats in the past to harm the child. David Jenkins also has a history of domestic violence.
