Kathy Hofmann Announces Reelection Bid

District 1 Lee’s Summit City Council Member, Kathy Hofmann, announced this week that she will be a candidate for reelection. “I will always be voting for the betterment of the people and city of Lee’s Summit” stated Ms. Hofmann. “I have no political agenda and choose to evaluate each issue on its own merits and vote accordingly. I will continue to do so.”
Ms. Hofmann became well know within District 1 during the last election by walking the District and visiting with residents. Despite continued recovery from a broken ankle she states, "I may not be able to walk very well, but it will not stop me from ‘Running’. I will have to change my door to door grassroots campaigning mode. But I will persevere.
