CITY COUNCIL ACTION LETTER CITY OF LEE’S SUMMIT

REGULAR SESSION NO. 1
6:35 P.M. Mayor Rhoads called Regular Session No. 1 to order.
Invocation –Reverend Hubert Neth
Roll Call – Councilmember Jim Hallam Present Councilmember Kathy Hofmann Present Councilmember Dave Mosby Present Councilmember Allan Gray Present Councilmember Joseph Spallo Present Councilmember Ed Cockrell Present Councilmember Brian Whitley Present Councilmember Bob Johnson Present
City Manager, Steve Arbo, and City Attorney, Teresa Williams, were also present.
APPROVAL OF AGENDA: On motion of Councilmember Cockrell, second by Councilmember Hallam, voted unanimously to approve the published agenda.
1. PUBLIC COMMENTS: No one was present to address the Mayor and Council.
2. COUNCIL COMMENTS: Mayor Rhoads gave his congratulations and appreciation to everyone that ran for office in the April 6, 2010 Election.
3. OTHER BUSINESS:
A. ELECTION of Mayor Pro-Tem by Councilmember: COUNCIL ACTION: Councilmember Hallam nominated Councilmember Cockrell as Mayor Pro-Tem, second by Councilmember Gray. Council voted unanimously to elect Councilmember Cockrell as Mayor Pro-Tempore.
4. ROUNDTABLE:
